Check the hot water temperature you actually need. Dropping the lance temperature a few degrees cuts the largest load on the site.
Insulate hot water pipework and the buffer tank. Outdoor runs lose heat all day and all night.
Fit timers or presence switches on the vacuums so they cannot be left running between customers.
Move floodlighting to LED on a photocell. Site lighting is usually the second biggest electricity load on a wash site.
